Who we are
FiveUnity is operated by Sheisty Development. Sheisty Development is the data controller for the information described on this page.
What we collect
- Discord account data from OAuth: user id, username, avatar, and the list of guilds you can manage (via Discord’s API with your consent).
- Guild configuration you save in the panel (tickets, applications, community, moderation, modules, departments), stored in the same MongoDB documents used by the Discord bot.
- Billing data when you subscribe: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, tier, and status. Card details are handled by Stripe, we do not store full payment card numbers.
- Session cookies required to keep you signed in (next-auth).
- Usage analytics via Vercel Analytics (aggregated page views; no ad profiling).
How we use data
- Authenticate you and authorize guild admin actions.
- Apply configuration to your Discord server through the FiveUnity bot.
- Process subscriptions and show billing status.
- Improve reliability of the web app (analytics and error monitoring on our host).
AI features (optional, off by default)
A server owner may connect their own Google Gemini API key to enable AI ticket summaries, an in-ticket first responder, and AI keyword replies. These features are disabled unless a server administrator turns them on. When a feature that reads ticket content is enabled, the administrator must first accept an in-dashboard notice stating that content sent to Google’s free tier is used by Google to improve their products; that acceptance is recorded with the administrator’s Discord ID and a timestamp. Message text from the relevant channel is sent to Google to generate the reply or summary. Emails, IP addresses, API tokens, and long numeric strings are redacted before sending unless the server disables that option. Sheisty Development does not store the model’s inputs beyond the resulting summary, and does not use any of this content to train models. Google’s handling is governed by the Gemini API terms.
Retention
Guild settings follow the bot’s lifecycle (including soft-delete when the bot is removed). Session cookies expire per next-auth configuration. Stripe retains payment records under its own policies.
Your choices
You can sign out from the dashboard, revoke Discord authorization in Discord’s Authorized Apps, manage or cancel billing in the Stripe customer portal, and request deletion of guild data via Discord /factory-reset or by removing the bot (subject to the bot’s grace period).
Contact
Privacy questions, access requests and deletion requests: email support@fiveunity.com, or open a ticket in the FiveUnity Discord. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Tell us the Discord server id you are asking about, so we can find the right records. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may complain to the data protection authority where you live.
