The FiveUnity Discord
Open a ticket in our own server and you get the same support desk your members get: a private channel, a transcript, and staff who can look at your configuration with you. This is the right route for setup questions, bugs, and anything where screenshots help.

Use email for billing, refunds, invoices, privacy requests, and anything you would rather not post in a Discord server. Write from the address you paid with where you can, so we can match the subscription without a back-and-forth.

What to include
- The Discord server id. Right click the server icon and choose Copy Server ID. Almost every answer depends on which server you mean.
- What you did and what happened. The page or command you used, the exact message the bot replied with, and roughly when.
- The reference code if the dashboard showed one in a red banner. It points us straight at the failure in our logs.
- For billing: the email on the payment, and the last four digits of the card. Never send us a full card number or a password; we will never ask for either.

Documentation and FAQ
The customer manual covers every page of the dashboard, every module, the FiveM bridge and billing, and is usually quicker than waiting for a reply.
