Admin and setup commands
These are the commands that configure FiveUnity itself: the setup panel, application forms, ticket queues, server backups, the suggestion system and the odd repair job. They are meant for the community owner and the handful of people you trust with server-wide settings, not for your general moderation team.
Where: In Discord ยท Most of this is also on the dashboard: fiveunity.com/dashboard
#Who these are for
Most commands on this page carry Discord's Administrator permission, so Discord only shows them to administrators in the first place. The server owner and any administrator can always run them.
On the default permission ladder these land on the top steps: Admin for the module setup commands (/application, /queue, /suggest setup, /suggest manage, /feedback-admin, /delete-strike), Senior Admin for /setprefix and /role-bindings, Head Admin for /setup, /refresh and /backup, and the server owner alone for /factory-reset. To let someone else run one, put their role on that step (or tick just that command on a group of your own) at Dashboard โ Server setup โ Permissions. See Permissions.
Two things are worth knowing before you go looking for these commands in Discord:
/helpdoes not list all of them./role-bindings,/setprefix,/factory-reset,/suggest setupand/suggest manageappear under Admin in the/helpmenu, but/setup,/application,/queue,/backup,/refresh,/delete-strikeand/feedback-adminnever do. Use this page instead, or the Slash commands page on the dashboard.- Setup-only commands can be hidden entirely. Switch on Hide setup-only commands at Dashboard โ Server setup โ Slash commands and
/application,/delete-strike,/feedback-adminand/refreshdisappear from the command menu until you switch it back off and re-sync. Everything else on this page stays.
In the tables below, a row such as create name means the name option of the create subcommand.
#Set the server up
#/setup
Opens the interactive setup panel: the one place in Discord where every feature is configured. Takes no options.
The panel's main menu covers Core, Tickets, FiveM, Departments, Community, Moderation, Queue, Utility, Linked Servers and AI Assistant, plus buttons for Manage Permissions and a link to the web Configuration Dashboard.
Who can use it by default: the Head Admin group and above, plus the server owner and Discord Administrators ยท Discord permission: Administrator.

See First-time setup and Discord /setup and the website.

Who can use it by default: the Head Admin group and above, plus the server owner and Discord Administrators ยท No Discord permission is set, so FiveUnity's permission check does the gating.
/refresh
Discord can take a minute to show the change. See Slash commands and Troubleshooting.

This cannot be undone. Configuration, queue data and bot records for this server are wiped. With delete_channels:true FiveUnity also tries to delete every log channel, ticket category and panel it knows about. Make sure you are not using those channels for anything else. Take a backup with /backup create first.

#Also administrator commands
Four more administrator commands are documented with the rest of the FiveM tooling, because that is what they configure:
/dashboard: the live FiveM server dashboard./giveitem: give an item or money to a player in game./logs setup: the Log Lookup configuration panel./vouch-setup: the vouch verification system.
They are all on FiveM commands.
