FiveUnityManual

Welcome

FiveUnity is a hosted Discord bot and web dashboard for FiveM communities, built by Sheisty Development. You configure everything from your browser, and the bot does the work inside Discord and on your FiveM server.

#What FiveUnity is

FiveUnity is two halves of the same product:

  • The bot. You invite it to your Discord once. It runs your tickets, applications, moderation, protection, departments, gangs and everything else, and it stays online because we host it; there is nothing for you to install or keep running.
  • The dashboard. Sign in at fiveunity.com with your Discord account and every setting is a form field with the channels and roles from your server already in the drop-downs, instead of a chain of /setup menus.

Both halves read and write the same settings, so you can change something in Discord or on the website and the other side sees it immediately. See Discord /setup and the website.

FiveUnity also bridges Discord and FiveM. Install the bridge resource on your FiveM server and it talks to the bot directly, so staff can look up players, manage the whitelist, ban and kick in-game, drive txAdmin, and search game logs without leaving Discord. See FiveM and Install the bridge resource.

#Who it is for

Community owners and staff running a FiveM roleplay server with a Discord attached to it. If you handle support tickets, whitelist applications, department clock-ins, gang rosters or in-game moderation, FiveUnity is built to replace the pile of separate bots you would otherwise glue together.

Everything is priced per Discord server. Side Discords you link to your main server inherit its plan. See Linked servers.

#Start here

If you are setting FiveUnity up for the first time, work through these three pages in order:

  1. Invite the bot and sign in: add FiveUnity to your Discord and open the dashboard.
  2. First-time setup: the recommended order to configure a brand-new server.
  3. Dashboard tour: how the sidebar, feature search and save bar work.
Tip

In a hurry? Invite the bot, activate a plan, then run /setup in Discord and press Tickets โ†’ Run Default Setup. It creates the ticket categories, log channels, a default ticket panel and the queues for you, and you can refine everything from the dashboard afterwards.
