AI commands

The AI commands are the AI Assistant's own controls and tools: a control panel for admins, a status read-out, a model check, and staff tools that answer questions from the FiveUnity manual, draft ticket replies, summarise a channel, write announcements, and auto-escalate a ticket. /ai ask is the one members use. Everything on this page needs the Pro plan and runs on the server's own Google Gemini key. See AI Assistant.

#Who can use these commands

/ai ask is open to every member, once an admin switches it on. Everything under /ai is gated by the ai permission node: granting ai to a group covers every /ai subcommand and /ticket summary, or grant a single subcommand such as ai.guide to hand out one tool on its own. /ai panel is configuration, so it checks the setup permission like the /setup panel does. The default ladder puts ai on the Admin step and setup on Head Admin; the server owner and Discord Administrators always pass.

#/ai panel

Open the AI control panel: keys, model, features, persona, knowledge, limits, consent and usage, in one private message. It is the same panel as /setup โ†’ AI Assistant.

Who can use it by default: the Head Admin group and above (the setup permission), plus the server owner and Discord Administrators.

#/ai status

Show whether the assistant is ready to answer, the model and key count, consent, today's usage against the daily limit, the last error, and which features are on and off.

Who can use it by default: the Admin group and above (the ai permission), plus the server owner and Discord Administrators.

#/ai models

Ask Google which Gemini models this server's key can actually reach, and whether the selected model is among them. The answer to "that model is not available for this key". It changes nothing; pick the model in /ai panel or on the dashboard.

Who can use it by default: the Admin group and above (the ai permission), plus the server owner and Discord Administrators.

#/ai guide

Ask how to do something in FiveUnity and get the steps, answered from the FiveUnity manual with links to the pages it used.

OptionRequiredWhat it is
questionYesWhat you want to do, e.g. "how do I add a ticket panel". Up to 300 characters.

No member content is involved, so it does not need the data-use consent. The answer is private.

Who can use it by default: the Admin group and above (the ai permission), plus the server owner and Discord Administrators.

#/ai draft

Draft the next staff reply for the ticket or channel you run it in, in the server's persona and from the server information. Only you see it, with a copy-ready version underneath. Read it, edit it, then send it yourself.

OptionRequiredWhat it is
instructionNoWhat the reply should do, e.g. "ask for their licence id". Up to 300 characters.

Reads the recent messages, so it needs the data-use consent. Admins can add drafting guidance on the AI Assistant page.

Who can use it by default: the Admin group and above (the ai permission), plus the server owner and Discord Administrators.

#/ai catchup

Summarise what happened in this channel while you were away: what was discussed, decisions, open questions, anything needing staff attention.

OptionRequiredWhat it is
messagesNoHow many recent messages to read, 20 to 300. Defaults to the server setting (100).

Reads the channel, so it needs the data-use consent. The answer is private.

Who can use it by default: the Admin group and above (the ai permission), plus the server owner and Discord Administrators.

#/ai write

Write an announcement, a rules section, a welcome message, embed text or a reply from a brief, in the server's persona and using the server information for facts. Only you see it, with a copy-ready version underneath.

OptionRequiredWhat it is
briefYesWhat it should say, in your own words. Up to 1,000 characters.
kindNoAnnouncement, Rules, Welcome, Embed, Reply or Other.
toneNoFor example "friendly but firm". Up to 100 characters.

Who can use it by default: the Admin group and above (the ai permission), plus the server owner and Discord Administrators.

#/ai escalate

Read the open ticket you run it in, classify it against your routing destinations, move it when the match clears the confidence floor, and rename the channel when Auto-rename is on. Posts the move in the ticket; your private reply summarises what happened. Bypasses the automatic once-per-ticket slot and the "only unclaimed" gate so staff can force a pass after claiming.

Needs Automatic ticket escalation switched on and the data-use consent. See AI Assistant.

Who can use it by default: the Admin group and above (the ai permission), plus the server owner and Discord Administrators.

#/ai ask

Ask the server's AI assistant a question and get a private answer from the server information: rules, how to get whitelisted, store details, whatever the admins put in the knowledge box.

OptionRequiredWhat it is
questionYesWhat you want to know. Up to 300 characters.

It answers only when an admin has switched /ai ask on, and only in the channels they allowed (any channel by default). The per-member cooldown and daily share under the assistant's usage limits apply, so one member cannot spend the whole budget. Like the first responder, it never claims to be staff and points at a human for anything the server information does not cover.

Who can use it by default: every member, once it is switched on, when their group holds the ai permission (or a parent that covers it).

Staff log search used to live here as /ai stafflogs. It is now /logs stafflogs with the other log finders. See Staff logs and FiveM commands.
