Plans and billing
FiveUnity is priced per Discord server. Premium runs your Discord: tickets, applications, moderation, community and staff tools. Pro adds the FiveM roleplay platform on top. You can subscribe with a card through Stripe, or redeem a licence code in Discord.

Quarterly billing saves 17%. It is optional and is only offered when quarterly prices are switched on: when they are, the pricing section of fiveunity.com shows a Monthly / Quarterly toggle and Dashboard → Account → Billing shows the same choice above the plan cards. If you see only monthly prices in both places, quarterly billing is not currently available and the quarterly row above does not apply to you.
Premium is a complete Discord bot on its own. Pro is for communities running a FiveM server: it is the half of FiveUnity that talks to the game. If you do not run a game server, Premium is very likely all you need.
"Answered first" is how the FiveUnity team works through support requests, not a feature inside the bot; nothing in Discord behaves differently, and Premium requests are still answered within 24 hours.
The Pro AI features run on your own Google Gemini key, which is free to create and needs no billing account. You paste it into Dashboard → Support desk → AI Assistant. See AI Assistant.
#What a Premium server sees
Nothing is hidden. Pro sections stay in the dashboard sidebar with a PRO badge, and opening one explains what the plan adds and links to Billing. In Discord, a Pro command answers with what it needs and what else Pro unlocks, rather than failing silently. Nothing is deleted when a server changes plan: a Pro feature configured earlier keeps its settings and starts working again the moment the plan is back.
#Subscribe with Stripe
- Open Dashboard → Account → Billing for the server you want to pay for.
- Under Auto subscription plans, pick Monthly or Quarterly if the choice is offered, then press Subscribe to premium or Subscribe to pro. The price on the card is the price Stripe will charge.
- You are sent to Stripe Checkout. Enter your card there: FiveUnity never sees or stores your card details. Discount codes can be entered on the Stripe page.
- After payment you land on a Thank you page with Open dashboard and View billing buttons. Stripe emails the receipt to the address you entered at checkout.
The subscription becomes active a few seconds later, once Stripe confirms the payment. Press Refresh status on the Billing page if the panel still shows the old plan.
If you back out of Checkout, you return to the Billing page with the notice "Checkout was cancelled, so nothing was charged. Your current plan is unchanged." Nothing is charged and your plan is untouched.
If the Billing page shows "Stripe is not configured for this server, so checkout is unavailable", card checkout is not available to you. Redeeming a key with /redeem in Discord still works and applies instantly.
#Manage renewals
Manage billing on the Billing page opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can update the card, download invoices, or cancel the renewal. When you are done it returns you to the Billing page. The button only works once a subscription has been started: before that Stripe has no customer record for the server.
To change tier, subscribe to the other plan from the Billing page or switch it in the portal. Changes come back through Stripe automatically.
#The Current subscription panel
Current subscription is the single source of truth for the server. Manual licence codes and Stripe billing both update it.

active, trialing and past_due all keep the bot running, so a failed payment retry does not switch your community off mid-retry. Anything else deactivates it.
Refresh status re-reads the panel from the bot. Use it after finishing Checkout or changing something in the portal.

Licence codes are single use and are not case sensitive. Type or paste them however you like. If a code has already been used you get "❌ This code has already been redeemed."; a typo gives "❌ Invalid license code." Neither consumes the code.
/redeem works on a server the bot has just joined, before anything else has been configured. What it does to an existing plan depends on the code:

/subscription and /redeem are the only two commands that keep working while a server has no active plan, so you can always check and reactivate from inside Discord.
#Linked side servers
If you run a side Discord and link it to your main server under Dashboard → Members → Linked servers, the side server inherits the main server's plan, including Pro. You only pay for the main server. See Linked servers.
#When a subscription lapses
When a plan expires or is cancelled, the server keeps every setting but the bot stops acting:
- Slash commands reply with "⛔ This server does not have an active FiveUnity subscription. The server owner or an administrator must use
/redeemto activate the bot." Buttons, drop-downs and modals on existing panels refuse the same way, and command options stop offering suggestions. - Automations stop: every one of them. Logging of any kind (messages, channels, roles, bans, boosts), the welcome flow and welcome DMs, auto-roles, sticky roles, verification, message filters, anti-raid and anti-nuke, vanity status roles, the status blacklist, the reaction translator, and the Discord side of your Tebex store.
- Sticky roles are neither saved nor restored while the plan is lapsed, so a member who leaves and comes back during a lapse returns without their old roles. Records captured before the lapse are kept and are re-applied again once the plan is active.
- Tebex purchases are still recorded even though nothing is posted to Discord, so refunds and disputes stay accurate and your purchase history is complete when you come back. Run
/tebex forcecheckafter reactivating to re-post anything still unprocessed. - Every dashboard change is refused with "This server does not have an active FiveUnity subscription. Open the Billing tab to reactivate." That covers editing any setting as well as creating channels, roles, webhooks and panels, posting messages, granting roles, writing to your ownership sheet, rotating FiveM keys and restoring backups.
- Reading stays open so you can still see what you are renewing for: every settings page loads, along with the server overview, your logs and your transcripts.
- Billing and Permissions stay writable, so you can pay and keep control of your own server while the rest is locked.
- Your public pages stop serving. A documentation site, roster page, Tebex storefront or vanity fiveunity.com address answers "not found" until the plan is back. Nothing is deleted.
Nothing is deleted. Resubscribing or redeeming a code brings the server straight back with all of its configuration intact.
